Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide And Children Cough Variant Asthma TCM Syndrome Factor Correlation Studies

Objectives:Explore FeNO children with cough variant asthma syndromes correlation factors, build FeNO syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the disease diagnosis model, to regulate scheme to provide scientific basis for Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:Gather information and conform to the standards of Chinese and western medicine diagnosis cases of children with relevant data statistics processing, measure its FeNO value(the value of N = actual readings/point of tangency and point of tangency = children age + 8), statistical analysis, so as to give different FeNO value and type of syndrome, symptom, factors such as age, season, constitution, course of disease.Results:Where 0 < N 1 in 3 patients(2.5%), or less 1 < N 2 or less in 30 cases(25.0%), 2 < N 4 or less in 64 patients(53.33%), N > 4 23 cases(19.17%), prompt children with cough variant asthma N mainly concentrated in between 2-4; N have no obvious correlation with physique, sputum volume,tongue coating and season; N were positively correlated with cough degree and the frequency; N have no obvious correlation between syndrome type. In 82 cases of children with cough variant asthma before and after treatment for statistical FeNO, each child FeNO value decreased after treatment.Conclusions:FeNO have no obvious correlation with physical condition, sputum volume,season,tongue coating; FeNO were positively correlated. With cough degree and the frequency;FeNO have no relevance with cough variant asthma syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine. The children after treatment FeNO value reduced to some extent, prompt FeNO can reflect the degree of airway inflammation in children and have the guide meaning to clinical.
