Clinical Observation Of Youshi Hueging Recipe On Premature Ovarian Insufficiency With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:In this study,we observed the menstr uation,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,changes of sex hormone and B-ultrasound before and after treatment in60female patients with abnormal ovarian reserve of kidney-yin deficiency type before and after treatment with Youshi Huowei decoction and Fensi Tong,respectively,before and after treatment.To analyze the clinical effect of Youshi Huowei decoction on ovarian reserve function decline of kidney-yin deficiency type.Methods:From June 2017 to December 2018,60 female patients who were admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of kidney-yin deficiency type DOR were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group（n=30）and western medicine control group（n=30）.The treatment group was treated with Youshi Huoji decoction,and the western medicine control group was treated with fenolactone for 3 months.The changes of TCM symptom score before and after treatment were observed.Observation of serum basal follicle stimulating hormone（follicle stimulating hormone,FSH on the second day of menstrual cycle）,the levels of basal luteinizing hormone（luteinizing hormone,LH）,estradiol（estradiol,E₂）,and FSH/LH were measured by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.Ovarian volume（Ovarian Volume,OV）and ovarian antral follicular count（Antral Follicle Count,AFC）were measured by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.（MOD）,was used to analyze the mechanism and curative effect of Yushi Huowei decoction in treating ovarian reserve function decline.Rsults:The results were as follows:（1）the changes of TCM symptom integral in the treatment of ovarian reserve function of kidney yin deficiency type treated with Huozhi decoction:compared with the two groups,the total integral of treatment group and western medicine control group after treatment was lower than that of pre-treatment（P<0.05）.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（2）observation on the curative effect of taking egg-protecting prescription in the treatment of poor ovarian reserve:in the treatment group,2 cases were cured,12cases were obviously effective,11cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective;The total effective rate of the treatment group（83.3%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（66.7%）（P<0.05）,and the total effective rate of the treatment group（83.3%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（66.7%）（P<0.05）.（3）the effect of egg-protecting prescription on sex hormones in patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of kidney-yin deficiency type:compared with the control group,the FSH,LH,E₂value in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and it was significantly lower than that before the treatment.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,the FSH,LH,E₂value in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.（4）the effect of Huozhitong on AFC,OV,MOD of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of kidney-yin deficiency type:compared with the control group,the value of AFC,OV,MOD increased after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,the value of AFC,OV,MOD in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Yushi Huowei decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with poor ovarian reserve of kidney yin deficiency type,and can also reduce FSH,LH,E₂,and increase the number of ovarian antral follicles,which can promote the recovery of ovarian function and improve the ovarian reserve function.Regulation of female endocrine level has a very important role,and its effect is better than pure application of fenodone.
