Objective: In this study,the changes of Cunkou pulse were observed by pressing on Neiguan(PC6)acupoint.From the perspective of "meridian-viscera",the physiological regulation effect of stimulating Neiguan point on cardiovascular system was explored,which provided a reference for clinical treatment of heart diseases by Neiguan point.Methods: The volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: Neiguan point group and Waiguan(SJ5)point group,each group has 85 people.Spring pressure rods were used to apply four different pressure of 0g,150 g,200g and 250 g to Neiguan or Waiguan for 3min respectively.At the same time,instant pulse diagram at pressure of 0g,150 g,200g and 250 g was detected with the traditional Chinese medicine pulse meter,and the data was recorded and analyzed.Result:1.Comparisons of Cunkou pulse graph parameters of Neiguan group under different pressing strength1.1 Compared with strength 0g group and 150 g group,the H1 values of 200 g group and 250 g group had statistical significance(P<0.01);compared with strength 0g group,the H3 values of 200 g group and 250 g group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with pressing strength 150 g group,the H3 values of 200 g group and 250 g group had significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in H1 and H3 values between the group of strength 0g and the group of strength 150 g.There was no significant difference in H1 and H3 values between the group of strength 200 g and the group of strength 250g(P>0.05).1.2 There was no significant difference in H3/H1 and PR values between the four different pressing strength groups(P>0.05).1.3 The △PR value of strength 200 g group and strength 250 g group was significantlyhigher than that of 150 g group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between strength 200 g group and strength 250 g group(P>0.05).2.Comparing the parameters of Cunkou pulse diagram between Neiguan group and Waiguan group under the same pressing strength:2.1 Compared with the same pressure group in Waiguan group,there was no statistical significance in H1 and H3 values between pressing strength 0g group and 150 g groupin Neiguan group(P>0.05);H1 and H3 values in strength 200 g group had statistical significance in Neiguan group(P<0.05);H1 values in strength 250 g group had significant difference(P<0.01),H3 values had no significant difference in Neiguan group(P>0.05).2.2 Compared with Waiguan group,the H3/H1 and PR values of the same strength group in Neiguan group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.3 Compared with the same pressure group of Waiguan group,the △PR value in the150 g group of Neiguan group had statistical significance(P<0.05);the △PR value inthe 200 g group and the 250 g group of Neiguan group had significant difference(P<0.01).3.Variation trends of pulse position,pulse force,pulse potential and pulse name under different strength in Neiguan Group and Waiguan Group:3.1 Comparing with the change trend of pulse position in Waiguan group,the floating pulse increased gradually and the median pulse decreased gradually with the increase of pressing strength in the Neiguan group,showing a "scissors" change.3.2 Comparing with the change trend of pulse force and pulse potential in the Waiguan group,the weak pulse in the Neiguan group decreased gradually with the increase of pressing strength,while the neutral pulse increased gradually,and the low false pulse potential gradually changed into normal pulse situation.3.3 Under different pressure condition,there was no significant influence on the change of pulse name in the top three of the frequency between the Neiguan group and the Waiguan group.Conclusion:1.The pressing strength between 200 g and 250 g is an effective stimulus to stimulate“Deqi” at Neiguan point2.Neiguan point can enhance cardiac ejection function and arterial compliance,accelerate the conduction speed of pulse reflection wave,enhance the effect of pulse rate variability change and benign regulation of pulse position,pulse force and pulse potential. |
