Guangxi sweet tea(Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee)is a perennial deciduous shrub of the genus Rosaceae.It is mainly distributed in Guangxi Province,China.It has rich nutrients and is widely used in health care products,beverages and even cosmetics.Studies have shown that Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee contains a variety of active ingredients,of which rubusoside and polyphenols are the main active ingredients.In order to promote the product development and comprehensive utilization of resources using Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee as raw material,this paper studied the extraction and purification process of active ingredients in Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee and the chemical components in Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee,and obtained two products through one process.The research results are as follows::1.The extraction conditions of rubusoside and polyphenols in Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee were extracted by water extraction method.The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process parameters,and the best extraction conditions were obtained: extraction temperature was 72°C,ratio of material to liquid was 1:26 g/mL,extraction time 31 min,the extraction rate of rubusoside reached 89.16 %,and the extraction rate of polyphenols reached80.66 %.2.Two methods for purifying the active substances in Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee were studied.In the first scheme,the content of rubusoside was 66.1%,and the yield was 2.9 %.The content of the polyphenol was 31.3%,and the yield was0.4%.In the second scheme,the content of rubusoside was 69.5 %,and the yield was 3.1 %;the content of the polyphenol was 51.6 %,and the yield was 0.9 %.The purification effect of Scheme two is better than that of Scheme one.3.The chemical constituents of Rubus Suavissmus S.Lee were analyzed by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS for the first time.38 compounds were preliminarily deduced,including 18 flavonoids,16 polyphenols,2 diterpenoids and 2 triterpenes.
