Objective:Build based on digital collaborative performance quantitative evaluation index system of office management,application of the Chinese center for disease control agency,validation index system is scientific,used to promote collaborative office system,improve the work efficiency,provide reference basis for the personnel performance appraisal.Methods:Based on collaborative office system module and data,through the literature and expert brainstorming preliminary build index system,after two rounds of modified Delphi expert consultation method of screening indicators,establish A performance of quantitative assessment for the overall goals of the department is responsible for the duty(class A),the average worker post(class B)two types of evaluation index system.The application of the system office system of the central authority in 2017 was comprehensively evaluated by using the established class B index system.Results:The two comprehensive evaluation index systems(category A)and general employee post(category B)were established,which included 8 primary indicators and 40 secondary indicators.The normalized weight and combination weight of each index are calculated separately.In category A and category B,all of the four primary indexes are the highest quality weight and the lowest number of jobs.Using the established index system of class B 31 of the center branch office(functional departments 19,unincorporated independent unit 12),413 regular staff applied comprehensive evaluation,calculate the each class of synthetic grading index(GI),according to its,15 85 percentile,divide the training work of 31 training course for good,medium and poor evaluation class three.Through statistical tests,there are significant differences between each level(F=43.888,P<0.05),LSD.t test,according to the results of various levels between the two have significant differences(P<0.05),indicate the comprehensive evaluation index system of hierarchy has certain sensitivity(i.e.ability).Conclusion:The performance evaluation index system based on digital collaborative office management is scientific and reasonable,and the classification in application has certain sensitivity and discrimination ability.Each rank office in line with the collaborative office system application status.top office overall number at work,work efficiency is outstanding,ranking at the back of the office in terms of job number,work efficiency and effect of low scores,needs to be improved.
