Clinical Observation On Tonifying Spleen And Warming The Kidney Decotion In The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Associated With Hypothyroidism

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tonifying spleen and Warming the kidney Decotion in the treatment of Primary hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods:70 cases were diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis associated with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group was given Tonifying spleen and warming the kidney decotion and L-thyroxine tablets(Euthyrox),and the control group was given Euthyrox.The course of treatment is 3 months.To observe the changes of patient’s clinical symptoms,goiter,thyroid function and autoantibody,for statistical analysis.Results:This study showed that the treatment group and the control group have a certain clinical efficacy,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Treatment group and control group of patients with clinical symptoms and signs were improved,the treatment group improved the more obvious,especially the symptoms caused by spleen-kidney-yang deficiency;For the improvement of thyroid function,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;Two groups of thyroid peroxidase antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies indicators were reduced,compared with the treatment group before and after a significant difference;There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:1.Tonifying spleen and warming the kidney decotion can significantly improve the spleen-kidney-yang deficiency Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially in improving the edema,night urination much,tired body fatigue,less gas lazy words,eat less appetite symptom curative effect is distinct.2.Tonifying spleen and warming the kidney decotion can significantly improve the level of FT4 and FT3 in patients with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and reduce the level of TSH.3.Tonifying spleen and warming the kidney decotion can significantly reduce the spleen-kidney-yang deficiency Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism in patients with TPOAb,TGAb levels.4.Tonifying spleen and warming the kidney decotion in the treatment of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism patients in the absence of leukopenia,liver and kidney function damage,bleeding and other adverse reactions,with reliable safety.
