Objectives: To compare the effects of exercise intervention, acupuncture and massage and combined therapy(exercise intervention + acupuncture and massage)on chronic nonspecific low back pain, and to evaluate the effects of different treatment methods on chronic nonspecific low back pain,so as to provide more effective clinical reference for the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods: 81 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain who met the inclusion criteria were divided into group A,group B,acupuncture and massage group and group C combined treatment group by the principle of random allocation and single-blind experiment. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment, the patients were divided into three groups: exercise intervention group, group B,acupuncture and massage group and group C.The pain VAS score,ODI dysfunction index, belly roll in one minute, back tilt in one minute and plate support time were recorded before and after treatment respectively. The curative effects of the three groups were statistically analyzed and compared, and 12 weeks follow-up was conducted after treatment. Results: 1.After treatment, the VAS score of the exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group was significantly lower than that of the combined treatment, but there was no significant difference between the exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group.2.The ODI score of the exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group was significantly lower than that of the combined therapy, but there was no significant difference between the exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group.3.The number of belly rolls per minute in the exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group was significantly lower than that in the combined treatment group, while the number of belly rolls per minute in the exercise intervention group was slightly higher than that in the acupuncture and massage group.4.The number of back warping in one minute after exercise intervention and acupuncture and massage treatment was significantly lower than that of combined treatment, while the number of back warping in one minute in the exercise intervention group was slightly higher than that in the acupuncture and massage group 5.The time of plate support after exercise intervention and acupuncture and massage treatment was significantly lower than that in the combined treatment, while the time of plate support in the exercise intervention group was slightly higher than that in the acupuncture and massage group.6.Comparing the maximum isometric strength of lumbar abdominal muscles after treatment: The maximum isometric strength of abdominal muscles in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the single exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group, while that in the exercise intervention group was slightly higher than that in the acupuncture and moxibustion group.7.Comparing the maximum isometric strength of the lumbar extensor after treatment: The maximum isometric strength of the extensor in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the single exercise intervention group and the acupuncture and massage group, while that in the exercise intervention group was slightly higher than that in the acupuncture and moxibustion group.8.Comparison of recurrence rate after treatment: The recurrence rate of acupuncture and massage group was significantly higher than that of exercise intervention group and combined treatment group, and the recurrence rate of combined treatment group was lower than that of exercise intervention group. Conclusions: 1)Combined therapy is superior to separate therapy in VAS,ODI,core muscle endurance and explosive strength test, therapeutic effect and recurrence rate.2)Generally speaking, combined therapy is more effective for NLBP.The combination of exercise intervention and acupuncture and massage is more costeffective for NLBP patients.
