Objective:to preliminarily explore the experimental animal models of Athletic dysmenorrhea in different sports modes,in order to study the mechanism of dysmenorrhea in female athletes with long time, high intensity and large amount of exercise, and to provide ideas for targeted treatment of Athletic dysmenorrhea. Methods: A total of 55 spf-grade healthy sprague-dawleg(SD)female rats aged 2 months(185.76±5.29g)with normal estrous cycle, were randomly divided into the control group(group C)10,the experimental group A(treadmill exercise group)20 and the experimental group B(swimming exercise group)25.No intervention was adopted in the control group.Group A of the experiment took the exercise load for running table training, training once a day,6 days a week, rest 1 day.The experimental group B carried out swimming training with a weight of 5% every day, once a day,six days a week, and one day off. After 8 weeks of exercise all rats were guillotined and tested, plasma lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),plasma free hemoglobin(HB),serum lactic acid(LA),serum creatine kinase(CK),serum levels of prostaglandin F2 alpha(PGF2 alpha),serum levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2),serum levels of oxytocin(OT),serum levels of arginine vasopressin(AVP)content and the uterus tissue Masson staining. Results: 1.The blood LA,LDH,CK and plasma free Hb of rats in the treadmill and swimming groups were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference between the treadmill and swimming groups.2.Serum levels of PGF2,PGF2 /PGE2,OT and AVP were significantly higher in the treadmill and swimming groups than in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference between the treadmill and swimming groups.3.Compared with the control group, the ratio of fibrotic area of uterine tissue in the treadmill exercise group and the swimming exercise group was higher. Conclusion: 1.Different exercise patterns of high-intensity exercise can lead to the increase of serum PGF2,PGF2 /PGE2,OT,AVP,induce uterine fibrosis, leading to the occurrence of Athletic dysmenorrhea.2.The different incidence of dysmenorrhea in athletes with different exercise patterns has little relation with the common endocrine indexes of dysmenorrhea.3.The pathogenesis of Athletic dysmenorrhea is different from that of primary dysmenorrhea.
