| Purpose: To investigate the effect of acupoint-injection combined with auriculal-seed-pressing for the reproductive endocrine and prostaglandin of primary dysmenorrhea, and reseach the functional mechanism of the effect.Method: 28 cases of primary dysmenorrhea child-bearing period and unmarried women (at the age of 2027 years) were selected with certain diagnostic standard.They were divided into two groups at random:Acupuncture Group and Acupoint-injection Group. Choose the main acupoints: " G4 " area (Antitragos-double),Sanyingjiao(SP6-double) and Guanyuan(RN4),with Zusanli(ST36) according to syndrome differentiation.Everytime we start therapy before seven days of the menstruation coming,then to the menstruation coming,every other day.We put two Vaccaria segetalises seeds on the plaster of 0.5*0.5cm2, adhere to the " G4 " area ,then press it so that the patients feel swelling and pain .At the same time,we let them press it there times one day by themselves: morning, noon, evening. Acupuncture Group:At first insert the acupoint with filiform needles of 1.52 cun,wait for the arrival of Qi,then put 2cm Moxa stick into the needles.When moxibustion with warming needle is over,we manipulate even reinforcing and reducing movement five minutes to strengthen the needling sensation and make the sensation of RN4 to the perineum and that of SP6 to the big lap.Acupoint-injection Group:Take a suitable sterilized 2.5ml syringe with a needle to draw the liquid medicine of Huangqi and compound Danggui injection,respectively lml,then insert the needle into the acupoint swiftly,and then thrust it slowly.When the qi sensation is obtained,and there is no drawing of blood,inject the medicine.At last,press "G4"sensation is obtained,and there is no drawing of blood,inject the medicine.At last,press "G4" areas with Auricular-seed and tell paticents to stimulate 3 times each day , one to two minutes each time . Three-menses-cycle makes up an observing therapeutic course, measure each index before and after treatment respectively . The indexes are as follows: (l)Take out the blood of elbow vein,estimate estradiool (E2)> progesterone(P), prostaglandin E2(PGE2) by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and prostaglandin F2a (PGF2a )by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)before and after treatment.(2)Adopt the self-table of the menstruation ,to estimate the symptom of clinical pain before and after treatment.Result:(l)After treatment, Acupoint-injection Group and Acupuncture Group all can reduce the grade of clinical pain .But by contrast,it is more excellent that the acupoint-injection curative effect.(2) After treatment the level E2 and P were higher than those before treatment,but as to Acupoint-injection Group, there was significant difference before and after treatment to the level E2(P<0.05).(3) After treatment the level PGF28 and PGE2 were higher than those before treatment,but the acupoint-injection made PGE2 have a significant difference (P<0.05).(4) There was a significant difference after treatment in PGF2a/PGE2 (P<0.05), but the acupoint-injection was more obvious.Conclusionr(l) The result showed that Acupoint-injection Group and Acupuncture Group all cound reduce the clinical pain grade of primary dysmenorrhea patient,increase E2 > P> PGE2,and PGF2a contain,but the opposite to reduce PGF2a/PGE2.So prove the acupoint is injected and the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is one of the effective methods to treat primary dysmenorrhea.But by contrast, it is more excellent that the acupoint-injection curative effect.(2)The effect of acupoint-injection can modulate the reproductive endocrine and secretion of prostaglandin better ,what is more, it can improve obviously the symptom of clinical pains ,physically and mentallyhealthly of primary Dysmenory and enchance the primary Dysmenory women's quality of life.So we can deduce: The effect of acupoint-injection combined with Auriculal-seed-preesing is related to the reproductive endocrine and secretion of prostaglandin of primary dysmenorrhea. |
