The Impact Of Medical Reform On Public Chinese Medical Institutions In Beijing

Since 2009,when the state deepened the reform of medical and health system,people's consciousness of health care gradually began to strengthen,the demand for medical service showed a trend of rising in a straight line,and the requirement standard of service quality was improved continuously.With the rapid improvement of patients ' medical treatment rate,the number of disputes between doctors and patients began to increase significantly.The emergence of this situation,we must attach great importance to the long-term and timely prevention.In the important period of deepening medical reform,H-Chinese hospital is making a new attempt of leaping development,how to use the opportunity of reform to promote the rapid development of public hospitals and to improve the satisfaction of patients with the service of Chinese hospitals is an important hand.To carry out the evaluation and analysis of the results of patients ' satisfaction with public hospital service is crucial to prevent the sudden deepening of the contradiction between doctors and patients and to promote the development of public hospitals in the new medical reform environment.March 22,2017,the Beijing Municipal government officially promulgated the "Comprehensive Medical Reform Implementation Plan",covering the whole city of medicine separate comprehensive reform campaign officially launched.More than 3,600 hospitals in Beijing are simultaneously reforming and deploying.This means that after the start of the health reform,the patient to any public hospital in Beijing,the cost of the payment of the drug is no longer included part of the future,the patients from Beijing's public medical institutions to buy drugs,hospitals to buy drugs,how much money to sell patients at the same price sold.Moreover,the comprehensive health reform policy has added a fee-medical service charge.This fee,to a certain extent,affirms the value of the doctor's work,enhances the enthusiasm of the doctor,enhances the doctor's sense of the existence of the patient,and allows the patients to pay more attention to the type of payment when they pay for the medical service.The establishment of medical service fee has adjusted the way of hospital income from the basic link,and led hospitals to provide more diversified and targeted diagnosis and treatment services through continuous innovation,so as to improve hospital income and rationalize the income compensation of medical resources.How to measure the quality of hospital service,patient satisfaction assessment is one of the important.It is a new test for the overall service level of the medical institutions that the patients ' attention is gradually shifted from the high cost of medicine to the medical service fee paid.In the system of performance appraisal of public hospitals carried out by Beijing Hospital Authority,the performance appraisal method takes government's public morals as the core,the examination contents are divided into quantitative examination(70%)and qualitative examination(30%),and in the quantitative examination,the social satisfaction is the most important.In the quantitative index category of performance appraisal Index,patients ' satisfaction is ranked first,and the incidence of medical disputes is ranked third.For all medical institutions,in the effort to improve the strength of the hospital,but also should focus on patient satisfaction survey,which is the management of medical institutions and services can provide very good advice.In particular,some large public medical institutions,medical staff and patients are very many,often have some negligence,which may lead to patients with reduced satisfaction,thus affecting.This study takes Beijing public hospital H Hospital as an example,through the hospital outpatient and ward satisfactory survey data analysis,to explore the impact of public hospital patients satisfaction factors and improve patient satisfaction measures.Through the analysis and exploration of the development status and investigation results of H Hospital,we hope to improve the service level of medical institutions,meet the needs of patients,provide convenient and efficient medical service for patients,improve the people's access to medical treatment,and make suggestions for the in-depth reform.In this time of the city's health reform in Beijing,more than 90% of the hospitals according to their own situation,to improve medical services as the core work,improve the hospital management system,according to the needs of patients,as far as possible in the promotion of medical technology,improve the hospital treatment environment,increase the convenience of service facilities,improve the various types of medical auxiliary equipment.Many large medical institutions,with a certain amount of manpower,have chosen experienced medical staff to provide medical guidance and counselling services.This study through the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire survey,to collect and tidy up the methods and measures of improving patients ' satisfaction after the formal implementation of comprehensive medical reform in Beijing,and to analyze the research and practice of hospital service level by combing the investigation of patient satisfaction of H hospital.In particular,after the full implementation of medical service fee,the public medical institutions of Chinese medicine how to play their own characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine at the same time,effectively improve service quality,improve patient satisfaction,and ultimately achieve the goal of enhancing the public access to medical treatment.
