| ObjectiveResearch on the effect and mechanism of neurological functions for patients and rats by the intervention of electroacupuncture after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods1.Clinical research:(1)Retrosbective contrastive analysis were applied to statistical analysis of the patients who had been diagnosised and treatmented after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)from June 2013 to December 2017 in Guangdong provincial hospital.The patients were divided into electroacupuncture group and control group according to the intervention of electroacupuncture.the GCS score on 1d,3d,5d,7d,the survival rate on 14 d,and the APACHE II score after 1d,7d.To observe the effect of electricity on nerve function and prognosis after CPR.2.Experimental research(2)Randomized controlled trial(RCT)was applied to the research.Thirty healthy SD rats were divided into acupuncture group(n=15)and control group(n=15)randomly.And the two group were divided into 6h acupuncture group(n=5),24 h acupuncture group(n=5),72 h acupuncture group(n=5),6h control group(n=5),24 h control group(n=5),72 h control group(n=5).The rats were induced cardiac arrest by asphyxiation method,and they were taken CPR,electrical shock and adrenaline.Beyond that,the tats of acupuncture groups were stimulated by electroacupuncture on 30 min,24h,48 h,72h after resumption of spontaneous circulation(ROSC).On 6h,24 h,72h,The detection of NDS score and NSE was used to observe the effect of electroacupuncture on nerve functions after ROSC.Results1.Clinical research(1)The GCS score of the two groups was insignificant(P >0.05)on 1d,3d,5d after ROSC,while the GCS score of electroacupuncture group was higher than the control group on 7d(P<0.05).It was shows that the neurological function of patients can be improved by stimulating “Zusanli”acupoint In the early of ROSC.(2)In the first day,the APACHE II scores of the two groups were basically equal after ROSC(P >0.05).In the seventh day,The APACHE II scores of both groups were lower than before,and the APACHE II score of the electroacupuncture group was lower than the control group(P <0.05).It was shows that the prognosis of patients can be improved by stimulating “Zusanli”acupoint In the early of ROSC.(3)The survival rates of two groups were basically equal after 14d(P >0.05).It was showed that the electroacupuncture was not improved survival rate of patients in the short term.2.Experimental research(1)The NDS score of the two groups were basically equal on 6h,24 h,72h after ROSC(P >0.05).(2)The serum NSE level of the two groups were basically equal on 6h,24 h,72h after ROSC(P >0.05).It was showed that the electroacupuncture was not decreased the apoptosis of nerve cells in the short term.Conclusion(1)In the early of ROSC,the neurological function and prognosis of patients can be improved by stimulating “ Zusanli ” acupoint.(2)The NDS score and the serum NSE level of rats was not be improved by stimulating “Zusanli”acupoint.There was no side effects on neurological recovery,however,about the result of this review.(3)The results of the study conclude that: Electroacupuncture,a new method for traditional Chinese medicine,is provided for the patients with cerebral injury after ROSC. |
