| Taizhou Hospital is Integrated of medical,scientific research,teaching and prevention of third-level grade-A comprehensive hospital.Every year it performed more than 30,000 operations,that its pathological specimens of regular operation is more than 26,000 and its quick cutting operation pathological specimens is more than 10,000.As the business expended,with the increase of the pathological specimens,the operating theatre needs a pathological specimen information management software which can whole processing management and tracing.Using the software to improve the quality of pathological specimens,reduce the hidden dangers,improve the working efficiency,reduce the labor cost.This paper mainly based on the current operating room of the rapid-cut pathological specimens of the management process and the combination of hospital medical quality of hospitals to achieve precision hospital requirements.By using the business analysis via UML modeling technology to find the defects of the current process,and the present the new business process.After many times of in-depth communication with clinical departments and quality control departments,by using the tools such as use case and functional package diagrams to clearly define the functions like operation application,specimen collection,specimen inspection,specimen reception,pathological report feedback and quality monitoring.On the basis of business analysis and functional analysis,through the construction of entity relation class diagram,establishing the database table structure view like surgical application form,pathological specimen form and some basic information forms which are synchronization with the HIS,and finally summarizes the research and analysis function of the modification,and prospect the system’s the development direction in hospital. |
