Professor Zhu Mingfang's Clinical Experience And Medication Characteristics Of Treating Simple Allergic Purpura

Objective:This study focuses on the inheritance research of Professor Zhu Mingfang’s experience in the treatment of pure allergic purpura,in order to sum up her therapeutic ideas and law of drug use,and provide a basis for traditional Chinese treatment of the disease.Methods: A total of 65 patients with pure allergic purpura were enrolled in the outpatient clinic,and the symptom score method was used to perform statistical analysis by using SPSS 24.0 to verify the clinical efficacy of professor zhu Mingfang’s.EXCEL spreadsheet clinical data will be collected,including the basic information of the patients with prescription content,and SPSS 24.0,WEKA 3.8.2 in-depth data mining will be used to analyze of the ingredients relate to each other,thus giving drug combination patterns.Finally,under the guidance of the theory of TCM,the thesis aims to summarize the experience and the rule of medicine of Professor Zhu Mingfang.Results:1.Among the 65 cases,the number of males is slightly larger than females,and the incidence of age 5-15 is the highest.The incidence of the onset season from high to low is in the order of winter,autumn,spring and summer.TCM syndrome differentiation is damp heat accumulation syndrome,wind heat and blood heat syndrome,spleen deficiency and Dampness Retention syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome.There are significant differences in the main symptom scores,the scores of minor symptoms,the TCM syndrome score and the total integral before and after the treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05),and the total effective rate being 93.85% by nimodipine.2.Of all the 65 first diagnosis prescriptions,228 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are used,and the proportion of Chinese drugs used in the single use frequency >10% is in the order of clearing heat,hemostasis,invigorating the spleen and dampness,activating blood,nourishing qi,nourishing yin and nourishing blood,and receiving astringent and anaesthetic.After correlation analysis,3 groups of commonly used pairs of drugs pair 14 group and triple drug pair group are obtained.After clustering analysis,2 core prescriptions are finally analyzed.Conclusion: Professor Zhu Mingfang’s treatment of simple allergic purpura is effective.It is believed that the treatment of this disease should first inquire about the history of the disease and actively look for the cause of it.It is believed that the disease can be virtually divided into the initial stage,the progress period,the recovery period,combined with the syndrome differentiation and classification,and the three phases should be taken into account as far as the elimination of stasis.The use of "herbal medicine","skin medicine","rattan drugs","charcoal drugs",and the familiarity with the drug use,the use of the combination of drugs,commonly used two,three drugs,rational use of Fuzheng and dispelling evil,eliminating and supplementing the application,according to the disease and the selection of antipyretic and blood medicine and nourishing qi,blood Yin Yang and other drugs are necessary while dealing with the disease.
