Purpose: By searching the literatures on TCM treatment of purpura nephritis in recent ten years,using data mining technology,exploring the syndrome and treatment rules and analyzing the characteristics of medication,providing new ideas and clinical experience for TCM treatment of purpura nephritis.Material and method:In this study,literatures on the treatment of henoch schonlein Purpura nephritis with Traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from cn KI,VIP and Wanfang databases from January 2010 to December 2020,and the collected literatures were integrated according to the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a database was established.Data analysis was conducted on drug frequency,sexual taste and drug classification by using Excel function.SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software were used for drug association rule analysis and cluster analysis,respectively,to summarize high-frequency drug pairs and explore new prescriptions.Results:In this study,142 literatures that met the inclusion criteria were retrieved,analyzed,sorted and classified,and duplicated literatures were removed.A total of 107 relevant literatures were screened out,involving 96 prescriptions,including 166 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1383 drugs,and a total of 5839 patients with purpura nephritis.1.Analysis of syndrome regularity shows that the syndrome of deficiency of qi and Yin has the highest frequency,accounting for 26.07%,followed by the syndrome of heat toxin and blood stasis,the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood stasis,and the syndrome of dampness and heat stasis.2.According to the high-frequency analysis of Traditional Chinese medicines,the top ten herbs were Rehmannia glutinosa,cortex moutan,radix paeoniae,Astragalus membranaceus,licorice root,salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica,Comfrey,Rhizoma alba root and Poria cocos.Among the 166 Chinese medicines,heat-clearing drugs ranked first,accounting for 33.26%,followed by tonifying drugs(24.08%),hemostatic drugs(11.71%),and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis(9.11%).The distribution of the four qi of drugs from high to low was cold(31.24%),mild cold(22.34%),flat(19.52%),warm(13.02%),mild warm(9.18%),cold(4.48%),major cold(0.14%),hot(0.07%).The main medicinal taste was sweet(37.48%)and bitter(30.98%),followed by spicy(14.15%),sour(4.89%),light(3.69%),salty(3.23%),astringent(3.18%),slightly bitter(2.31%),slightly spicy(0.05%)and slightly sweet(0.05%).Twelve meridians were involved in drug classification,and the top five were liver meridian(24.64%),heart meridian(16.62%),lung meridian(13.79%),spleen meridian(12.18%)and kidney meridian(11.83%).3.Drug association rule,rehmannia glutinosa → Nikofengnikova ranked the first with95.24% confidence,followed by rehmannia glutinosa → Niu Jiao,Astragalus membranaceus→ Stellariae radix,Rehmannia glutinosa → cortex moutan,rehmannia glutinosa → radix paeoniae root;Rehmannia glutinosa,radix paeoniae paeoniae and cortex moutan were in the first place,with a confidence rate of 97.56%.Paeonia moutan → Amaranth,radix paeoniae rubra,rehmannia glutinosa and Radix rehmannia glutinosa → salvia miltiorrhiza,radix paeoniae rubra and cortex moutan ranked first among the four drug associations with a confidence level of 94.74%.Cluster analysis showed that high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines could be divided into four categories.The first category was safflower,peach kernel,Angelica,ligusticum chuanxiong,Qingfengteng,White bark,soil poria,rehmannia glutinosa and salvia miltiorrhiza.The second category is: Herba notoginseng,Panax notoginseng,cherry cherry,euryale seed,dandelion,Chinese yam,cornus officinalis,Poria cocos,Atractylodes atractylodes,Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Pseudostellariae;The third category is: parsnip,black plum,cicada slits,rehmannia glutinosa,peony bark,forsythia forsythia,honeysuckle,buffalo horn;The fourth category is: Comfrey,Motherwort,madder,lotus,ligustrum lucidum,rhizome of white grass,ulmus officinalis,thistle,paeonia alba,hedyotis herba,radix scrophulariae,licorice.Conclusion:1.The key pathogenesis of purpura nephritis is heat,asthenia and blood stasis,and heat evil is the key pathogenic factor.It is divided into wind heat,damp-heat and heat poison,and blood stasis runs through the whole process.To nourish qi and Yin,clearing heat and dampness,removing blood stasis and dispelling wind as the treatment.2.The four qi drugs for the treatment of HSPN are mainly cold drugs,the five tastes are bittersweet and bitter,and there are more drugs for the liver,heart,lung,spleen and kidney channels.3.Common drug pairs for HSPN treatment are rehmannia glutinosa → Rhizophora japonica;Rehmannia root,peony root,peony bark;Cortex moutan → Lithosedge,peony root,rehmannia glutinosa;Rehmannia → salvia miltiorrhiza,peony root,peony bark.4.Cluster analysis,four new groups were obtained,followed by peach siwu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang pill and Sijunzi Decoction,hornhorn dihuang decoction and Qingying Decoction and two to pills and Qian Gen SAN.
