Under the background of the dramatic change of China's medical industry,the transparency and openness of the medical market have been strengthened,and the market competition has become more intense.Therefore,the quality of medical service directly affects the operation and persistent development of the hospital.Recently,patients have repeatedly complained to the health authorities about the medical service of HP traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and doctor-patient conflict between the patients and the doctors has also increased.In order to raise the service level of the hospital,the HP traditional Chinese medicine hospital should pay attention to the training of the service consciousness of the medical staff when improving the medical treatment technology,so as to improve the service level of the hospital in general.The author analyzes the present situation of service quality of HP traditional Chinese medicine hospital by questionnaire,and then formulates the service quality improvement scheme and corresponding supporting measures to ensure the improvement of service quality of HP traditional Chinese medicine hospital.First of all,questionnaires and expert interviews are used to collect information on patients' satisfaction with the internal and external environment,service quality,medical procedures,style of care,treatment methods and treatment prices of HP hospitals.Using spss statistical method to study the data,it has found that the hospital has a tight medical environment,a lack of standard service flow,a service attitude to be improved,medical ethics to be improved,medical technology to be improved,and low satisfaction with medical expenses.Secondly,with a full understanding of the existing problems in HP Chinese medicine hospitals,measures to improve the quality of service in HP Chinese medicine hospitals are put forward,which mainly include improving the environment and facilities,optimizing the medical service flow,and improving the attitude of medical care,strengthen the medical ethics of hospital,improve the technology of medical,standardize the standard of charge and determine the policy of "people-oriented" medical service.Finally,the hospital should improve the other supporting measures and improve the corresponding management system,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the hospital service quality improvement program.The corresponding supporting measures include: changing the concept of medical service quality,perfect hospital system construction,service quality improvement talent measures and other measures to improve service quality.The scheme proposed in this paper can be learned for the medical industry to improve its service level.However,due to the small number of samples,there will be some defects and deficiencies in the practical application of the scheme.More and more medical institutions and medical scholars will devote themselves to the research field of hospital service level.This will definitely improve the overall service level of the hospital and strengthen the level of hospital organization and management,and eventually a more advanced standard of medical service will be formed.Therefore,the author will not stop the research on improving the service level,and will invest more time and energy to explore a more scientific and reasonable medical service system.
