The Effect Of Fuzheng Yiliu Ointment On TCM Syndromes And CD4~+CD25~+Treg Of Spleen-qi Deficiency Syndrome After Adjuvant Chemotherapy For Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Fuzheng Yiliu Ointments(FYO)on spleen deficiency Syndrome in treating adjuvant chemotherapy colorectal cancer(ACCRC).Methods:Forty ACCRC patients were randomly and equally assigned to two groups,the control group(group A)treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules the treatment group(group B)received Fuzheng Yiliu Ointments and.Both of the groups are required four weeks therapy.The CD4+CD25+regulatory T(Treg)cells in peripheral blood,the score of TCM syndrome,and the score of quality of life were determined before and after treatment.Results:After the therapy,The score of TCM syndrome from these two groups were lower than before,while the treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life from these two groups were improved than before,while there is no obvious difference between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).The lever of CD4+CD25+regulator T cells were lower than before,while the treatment group was lower than control group obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion:Using FYO for spleen deficiency Syndrome in treating adjuvant chemotherapy colorectal cancer could not only regulate the TCM syndrome and the quality of life,but also reduce the CD4+CD25+regulatory T(Treg)cells in peripheral blood.The mechanism of action of FYO on the body is associated with the level of CD4+CD25+regulator T cells,which is superior to Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules.
