Research On The Reduction Of Chemical Fertilizer Application For Farmers In Xuchang City

After carrying out the zero growth action of chemical fertilizer in 2015,the amount of agricultural chemical fertilizer applied in China decreased by 6.13% compared with 2015 by 2018,and the zero growth target of chemical fertilizer was completed ahead of schedule.However,there are still some problems in the application of fertilizer reduction in farmers,which to some extent affect the efficiency of fertilizer reduction: the proportion of fertilizer reduction in farmers is low,the proportion of organic fertilizer instead of fertilizer is low,and the basic farmers lack a clear understanding of fertilizer reduction application.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fertilizer reduction and application behavior of grass-roots farmers to promote the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture and promote the fertilizer reduction and efficiency.In this study,farmers in Jian’an District of Xuchang City were taken as the research target to analyze the behavior of fertilizer reduction and the factors affecting the behavior of fertilizer reduction.First of all,through the reading of relevant literature at home and abroad to lay the theoretical foundation of the article;then,according to the results of literature reading to build a technical route,design a questionnaire to visit the farmers in Jian’an District,Xuchang City.Finally,according to the research data,this paper analyzes the general situation of agriculture,the individual characteristics of farmers and the behavior of reducing and fertilizing in agricultural production,and the factors that affect the behavior of reducing fertilizer application in Xuchang.Analysis results The results showed that the application of chemical fertilizer in Xuchang as a whole was in a declining state,and most farmers had reduced the application of chemical fertilizer in agricultural production,but the proportion of reduction was lower,and the willingness to further reduce the application of chemical fertilizer was lower.The propaganda of the Xuchang municipal government for the reduction of fertilizer application and the training of farmers’ reduction and fertilization technology are not in place,the subsidies for farmers’ reduction and fertilization are not perfect,and the farmers’ reduction of fertilizer application is not enough Cognition,reduced the possibility that farmer carries on fertilizer to reduce application further.Finally,on the basis of the present situation of farmers’ reduction and fertilization in Xuchang city and the requirements of the national action of zero growth of fertilizer,the government should start with the following aspects: first,strengthen grass-roots propaganda and technical guidance to improve farmers’ awareness of fertilizer reduction and efficiency;second,promote the pilot construction of organic fertilizer,promote organic fertilizer replacement;third,improve farmers’ subsidy policy to guide farmers’ reduction and application;fourth,improve laws and standardize fertilizer market,guide the healthy development of fertilizer market;finally,promote agricultural production scale management,reduce agricultural production costs.
