By the development of modern nuclear industry in the world,the disposal of radioactive wastes,including radioactive waste liquid,has attracted wide attention.90 Sr and 137Cs are the two kinds of high-release radionuclides with long half-life in radioactive waste liquor.If they are extracted from radioactive waste liquor,they can not only reduce the treatment difficulty of radioactive waste liquor,but also turn waste into treasure,and make them into beta and gamma-ray radiation sources,which can be applied in other fields.a-Zirconium phosphate is an inorganic ion exchanger,which can be used for the adsorption of Sr2+ and Cs+.As a layered material,zirconium alpha-phosphate can form intercalated composite materials with guest molecule to improve the adsorption performance of zirconium alpha-phosphate.Crown ether has good selective adsorption for some ions.Therefore,if crown ether is used as an object to form intercalated composites with a-Zirconium phosphate,it is believed that these materials will play a very good role in Sr/Cs adsorption field.In this paper,direct intercalation method and pre-braced intercalation method were used to prepare cis-diamine-dibenzo-18-crown-6 intercalated Zirconium-Phosphate composites and dibenzo-21-crown-7 intercalated n-butylamine pre-braced Zirconium-Phosphate composites,respectively.Their structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,and their adsorption properties were tested by nitrogen adsorption analysis technology and static adsorption experiments.The experimental results show that the Intercalation Composites of cis-diamino-dibenzo-18-crown-6 and zirconium alpha-phosphate can be formed by direct intercalation.The interlayer spacing of the composites increases from 0.76nm to 1.02 nm.Compared with zirconium alpha phosphate,the intercalated composite has the characteristics of larger adsorption capacity,better selectivity and faster adsorption rate of Sr2+.Through characterization and analysis of zirconium alpha-phosphate pre-braced by ethanol ethylene glycol,ethylamine.propylene diamine,n-butylamine and n-decamine,it was found that long-chain alkylamine had the best intercalation effect on zirconium alpha-phosphate.Finally,n-butylamine was selected as the Pre-bracing agent,and dibenzo-21-crown-7 was successfully intercalated into zirconium alpha-phosphate.The interlayer spacing increased from 0.76 nm to 1.92 nm.Compared with zirconium alpha-phosphate,the intercalated composites have larger Cs+ adsorption capacity,better selectivity,faster adsorption speed and better acid resistance.Through the above experiments,it can be proved that crown ether can be intercalated into zirconium alpha-phosphate by some means.The intercalated composites prepared have better adsorption properties for Sr/Cs.It is believed that this new type of intercalated composites will have greater breakthroughs and development in the field of ion adsorption in the future.
