With the acceleration of the industrialization process,China's economy is developing at a rapid pace.As an important role in promoting economic development,energy has been increasingly valued by the state.At present,China's energy is facing a double dilemma.On the one hand,it is the contradiction between energy consumption and the environment.On the other hand,it is the urgent need for economic cycle development and ecological civilization construction.As one of the industries with the highest total energy consumption in the national economy,the logistics industry has an average energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of logistics output,which is 92.4% higher than the energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP.The efficiency problem can not only reduce the energy consumption of the logistics industry,improve energy efficiency,but also promote the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry,which is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy and the construction of ecological civilization.In view of the evaluation of the total factor energy efficiency of China's logistics industry,this paper firstly combs the relevant literatures of total factor productivity,total factor energy efficiency and energy efficiency of logistics industry,and provides a theoretical basis for energy efficiency evaluation based on the introduction of DEA model and Malmquist index.Through the combing and theoretical basis of the above literature,we build a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system for the logistics industry.Based on the provincial panel data of 30 provinces in China from2006 to 2016,this paper analyzes the total energy efficiency of China's logistics industry from static and dynamic perspectives through DEA ??model and Malmquist index.In the static perspective: the overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency are analyzed from the perspectives of overall,regional and provincial differences.The relationship between the three efficiencies is analyzed by line graph,scatterplot,etc.The effective and ineffective units of input and output are analyzed,and on this basis,the projection analysis of the invalid units is performed.In the dynamic perspective: analysis of technical efficiency,technological progress and changes in total factor energy efficiency from the three perspectives of dynamic change population,regional dynamic change and provincial domain difference,and proposes relevant countermeasures based on analysis.Finally,the article is summarized and the shortcomings and prospects of this paper are presented.
