Research On The Evaluation Of Dairy Industrial Security In China

China is a big country of dairy production and consumption,and the second largest dairy market in the world.Therefore,the dairy industrial security problem can't be neglected.Since 2008,China's dairy industrial security has been in a dangerous state for a long time.The main features are as follows : 1.The development environment of China's dairy industry is becoming more and more complex;2.Domestic dairy products are difficult to go abroad,the international competitiveness of industry is weak;3.After the melamine incident,domestic consumers have a crisis of confidence in domestic dairy products;4.Foreign dairy enterprises invest in domestic dairy enterprises and seize the domestic market through large-scale dairy exports.The dairy industrial security problem has seriously affected the healthy and sustainable development of dairy industry in China,so it is very important to make a reasonable evaluation on the dairy industry safety,and to judge the safety form of dairy industry in our country and put forward the corresponding policy.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter analyzes the background of this paper,introduces the research purpose and significance,and expounds the content,frame and method of the research and the novelty of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the relevant concepts of industrial safety and the theoretical knowledge used in this paper.The third chapter analyzes the situation and problems of dairy industry in China,including production,processing,consumption,import and export,quality and safety and foreign capital entry and other aspects,prepare for the construction of indicators system.Then introduced the Dairy Industry Safety Evaluation Index system of indicators and weighting methods,in order to establish a dairy industry safety evaluation model.The fourth chapter analysis the relationship of industry domestic environment,industrial international competitiveness,industrial external dependence,industrial control and dairy products quality and safety on the basis of the third chapter,and to establish a flow diagram,the establishment of China's dairy industrial security System Dynamics model.By means of VENSIM software,the evaluation value of industrial safety is forecasted,and the influence of different policies on the dairy industrial security is simulated by changing some parameter values.Part Five summarizes the research conclusion,puts forward the research prospect,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis.The innovation of this article is:(1)The paper chooses the dairy industrial security problem with less research and more representative.(2)According to the Industrial Safety Index system and the specific situation of dairy industry in China,The original evaluation index system has been appropriately revised and expanded to achieve a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the safety of China's dairy industry.(3)Using a new combination weighting method called BW-GINI method to solve the index weight problem,the system Dynamics model of dairy industry safety according to the index system,adjust the system parameters to simulate the government policy,and analyze and evaluate the different policy plans.The significance of this paper is to enrich the theoretical system of industrial safety and improve the evaluation standard of industrial safety,and to find out the problems and hidden troubles in the development of dairy industry,and to make some reference for the formulation and adjustment of government policy.
