With the increasing consumer demand for dairy products,dairy products play an increasingly important role in the dietary structure,but the quality of frequentlyproduced dairy products has become increasingly prominent.Quality chain management,as a management concept that combines total quality management and supply management,is increasingly valued by quality management scholars.From the perspective of quality consciousness,experiencing quality behavior and ultimately achieving quality results,and feeding it back is the process of forming the quality chain.It optimizes and selects the best for different strategies and provides new ideas for resolving the frequent quality problems in recent years,how to use the quality chain theory to effectively improve the quality of dairy products is an important research topic,therefore the quality chain system was simulated in this thesis to effectively control the quality of dairy products,including the followings:Firstly,in this thesis the Quality Function Deployment(QFD)method was used to screen the factors that affecting the dairy quality chain.By collecting the customer's requirements of dairy products,this thesis constructs a hierarchical structure analysis chart of customer requirements,and then analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the importance of customer requirements,and identifies the quality influencing factors through dairy quality chain process analysis.Based on this,in this thesis the correlation matrix of customer requirement-quality influencing factors were constructed,and house of quality(HOQ)of dairy quality chains was built,and obtains the importance of influencing factors.Ten factors such as feed qualification rate,epidemic prevention level,staff quality awareness and product development level are selected according to the size of importance,which are the key factors for the quality chain of dairy products to prepare for the next chapter system simulation.Secondly,the system dynamics model of dairy quality chain was established and simulated by this thesis.Based on the systematic analysis of the influencing factors of dairy quality chain,this thesis applies the theory and modeling methods of system dynamics to establish a simulation model composed of five subsystems,which are staff quality level,method quality level,equipment quality level,environmental quality level and raw material quality level.The system dynamics simulation software Vensim is used to simulate the quality level of the subsystems and to observe the actual influence degree of the influence factors in the system,which finds that the five factors of feed pass rate,transportation environment,quality and ability of management personnel,level of product research and development,and detection and testing of production equipment have a higher actual impact rate than other factors.Then,according to the screening results of the HOQ,the quality input ratio was adjusted to observe the changes in the quality level of the dairy quality chain under different input schemes.After comparison and analysis,it was found that the compensation level was lowered,the equipment selection and supply,the standardized cultivation,and the cold chain improvement the degree of training accounted for 11%,and the quality of dairy products reached the final level 2 months earlier than the original plan.Finally,based on the simulation analysis of the above model,the experimental design of the three levels and five factors was established.A total of 27 experiments were conducted.The variance analysis was used to find that the feed pass rate and the transportation environment had a significant impact on the quality of dairy products.The experimental results reveal the management optimization measures that can be taken to ensure the quality level of the dairy quality chain,and provide feasible suggestions for improving the quality level of the dairy quality chain,provide basis for decision-makers' work,and effectively controll the quality level of dairy products.
