Study On Influencing Factors Of Rural Land Circulation In Songshan District Of Chifeng City

Under the background of deepening urbanization and rapid economic development in China,the former land policy has been unable to effectively meet the needs of promoting farmers' income and the development of rural society at this stage.With the development of the social situation,various forms have been adopted to promote the transfer of land contracting and use of management rights,promote the appropriate development of scale operations,and promote the integration of the three industries in rural areas has become a popular measure for the realization of modern agricultural development.Therefore,based on the theories of land property rights and land rent theory,this paper selects the rural land transfer farmers in Songshan District of Chifeng City as the object to carry out relevant research,and influencing factors and problems related to rural land transfer in Songshan District of Chifeng City based on an empirical and theoretical approach.The in-depth analysis will be of important and realistic significance for the rational and orderly advancement of rural land transfer in Songshan District of Chifeng City,increasing farmers' income and reducing poverty.In this study,100 datasets of effective questionnaires and data analysis of agricultural statistics in Songshan District of Chifeng City were used to establish logistic regression models.SPSS Statistics 21.0 was used to conduct empirical research on the influencing factors of rural land circulation in Songshan District of Chifeng City.The results showed that the household age was The impact of land and family on household livelihoods,the main source of household income,the proportion of non-agricultural income to total income,the total area of agricultural production and the time limit for circulation,and land transfer price are the key factors affecting land transfer,and meet the requirements for significant tests.Based on the the results of research under the current situation of rural land circulation Songshan District of Chifeng City and its influencing factors,the recommendations and policies that promote the orderliness and rationality of circulation are described,mainly covering the land circulation process,strengthen supervision of circulation procedures;Grasping the new trend of land transfer to professional cooperatives,promoting “sustainable” circulation;increasing publicity efforts,comprehensively raisingfarmers' awareness of land circulation,and four suggestions for changing farmer's thinking and correctly understanding the role of farmers.
