Research Of Strategic Emerging Industry's Financial Support Efficiency In Zhejiang

The global economic structure is undergoing profound changes,new technologies and industries are developing rapidly,breeding and giving birth to a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,the major countries and regions are no longer limited to the development of traditional industries,having focused their attention on the new generation of information technology,energy,biological and other strategic emerging industries in order to rob the future of science and technology and industrial development of the commanding heights.The EU encourages the development of Low-carbon energy technologies,focus on new energy needs and supply,has leading position in the field of the "green technology";The development of Internet technology in the United States has contributed to the emergence of well-known companies such as Apple,Microsoft,Intel and Facebook,while large companies such as Samsung and LG in South Korea are extremely competitive in the international market.In order to establish the international competitive advantage and adapt to the new normal state of economic development,our country has made the development of strategic emerging industries as our country to cultivate new growth point of the major measures and strategic tasks.Since 2009,our government has issued the relevant documents for developing the strategic emerging industries,determined the category of strategic emerging industries according to the national conditions,and provided policy support for the development of strategic emerging industries in various provinces and regions.As an eastern coastal city,Zhejiang Province has a strong economic base and has regional and economic advantages in taking the lead in developing new strategic industries.Under the guidance of State policy and the actual situation of the province,Zhejiang Provincial government has established nine strategic emerging industries,and the related industries in the province have been well developed,and especially the next generation of information technology is in the leading position in China.However,there are still many problems in the development of strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang Province,which mainly focus on the imperfect financial mechanism,imperfect financial market and low internal management level of strategic emerging industries.This article through to Zhejiang Province Strategic emerging industry development present situation and the financial support present situation analysis,understood that in the period Zhejiang Province Strategic emerging industry development momentum is good,and has the broad development prospect,but the financial support present situation and the strategic emerging industry development does not match.Combining the two-stage DEA analysis method,it is found that the development of strategic emerging industry in Zhejiang province is restricted by the lack of financial support and low financial support efficiency.On this basis,this paper continues to construct the Tobit model,analyzes the influence factors that affect the financial support efficiency of strategic emerging industries,in order to put forward effective suggestions for the development of strategic emerging industries in Zhejiang province and even the whole country.
