| Bordering the Changjiang River on the south and Taihu River basin in the northeast,Taicang locates in the southeast part of Jiangsu Province.It next Baoshan district and Jiading district of Shanghai to the south,borders on Kunshan to the west and near Changshu to the north.It located at the 31°20'?31°45'degrees north latitude and 120°58'?121°20'degrees east longitude.Taicang is one of the second batch of National Ecological Civilization Construction Pilot Cities and National Ecological Cities,the environmental quality index is above 95 throughout the year.During the 12th five-year plan,Taicang targeted to construct the "Modern Garden City,Beautiful Golden Taicang",promoting sustained and healthy economic society development powerful.Its comprehensive strength has always been consistent in front ten of the China top 100 counties and has become the first inland port which enjoyed the treatment of the harbor.Taicang has approved the State-level Taicang Port Economic and Technology Development Zone,Taicang Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Demonstration Area of China-Germany(Taicang)Cooperation.It also has been awarded many honors,such as National Garden City,China Livable Environment and China Technology Advanced City.This paper revolves around taicang city donglin village rural economic development present situation and thinking,this paper expounds the situation of Chinese traditional agriculture and its relationship with modern agriculture,and analyzed the connotation and characteristics of modern agriculture,pointed out that the development of modern agriculture is on the basis of traditional agriculture.And put forward the construction of resource saving and environment friendly society,adhere to the "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" concept of development,innovation and development as the main line,in order to realize the comprehensive utilization of wastes as the goal,to adopt advanced technology of modern agriculture,advanced concept of circular economy,and utilization of livestock and poultry aquaculture waste,crop straw and other wastes as raw materials,building a modern ecological circu;lation industry in conformity with the taicang pattern,to further promote the industrialization of agricultural waste resource utilization in this region. |
