Since the beginning of the new century,the social economy entered a stage of rapid development,but the extensive development of economy brings serious ecological environment and resource problems,greatly restricted the sustainable development of the economy,resources and environment.In order to balance the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment,China has put forward five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.In recent years,the economic development of the three northeastern provinces has been affecting the nerves of the country.The problem of resources and environment has affected the sustainable development of the three northeastern provinces.Therefore,it is especially necessary to carry out the research on the green development of the three northeastern provinces.Based on the three northeastern provinces 34 cities as study area,build the northeast three provinces industry evaluation index system of green development,comprehensive evaluation of northeast three provinces 34 cities green development level and the temporal variation characteristics of industry,green for the three northeast provinces industry development level of ascension to provide decision-making basis.Based on the status of green industry development at home and abroad,combined with green development related theory,this paper firstly analyzes the three northeastern provinces of industry structure and the relationship between resources and environment,this paper expounds the existing industrial structure and energy consumption to resources and environment has brought great pressure,the green transformation of industry become inevitable.Then constructed include economic development,ecological environment and resource saving green development index for the integration of the three northeast provinces industry evaluation index system,using the entropy value method to determine the index weight,and then measure of weighted summation,the three northeastern provinces in2005-2015 34 cities green development level of industry,and the three northeastern provinces34 cities green industry development level for space-time evolution analysis.The analysis results show that :(1)the industrial green development level of 34 prefecture-level cities in the three northeastern provinces is on the whole gradually increasing,but the rate of change is large.The subsystem of economic development is developing in a fluctuating state.The situation of the eco-environmental subsystem deteriorated continuously during the inspection period.The resource utilization subsystem develops in a good direction on the whole,but it has strong fluctuation and polarization tendency.(2)the green industry development level in the study area basic presents the spatial distribution characteristics of south > central > norther,but with the development of the time,the green industry development level in central and southern city in north and south trend and distribution,and regional internal development imbalance.The distribution of the subsystem of economic development is similar to that of the total system of industrial green development,but it is contrary to that of the subsystem of ecological environment and resource utilization.Finally,based on the results of evaluation and analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the green development level of industries in northeast China from six aspects.
