Research On Core Competency Model Of Entrepreneurs

In recent years,there has been a wave of entrepreneurship in China.On the one hand,entrepreneurial activity has been extremely active and there are more and more entrepreneurs.On the other hand,a large number of small and micro startup companies have died before the A round.As the core figure of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurs have a crucial role in entrepreneurship.For the A-round small and micro-entrepreneurs,all aspects of resources are in short supply,the company's mechanism is not perfect,and the competency of entrepreneurs is particularly important,which affects the direction and results of entrepreneurship to a large extent.This article focuses on the small and micro enterprise entrepreneurs before the A round,using interviews,questionnaires,and analytic hierarchy process to study their core competencies.In the previous period,through literature research,research on entrepreneurship-related policies,analysis of investors' speeches against entrepreneurs,and interviews with entrepreneurial consultants,entrepreneurial platform counterparts,and entrepreneurs,based on theoretical research,combined with China's entrepreneurial environment,Comprehensive government,capital,management consulting,entrepreneurial platform,and entrepreneurs,comprehensively refining small and micro enterprise entrepreneurs from various angles to obtain core competencies that are indispensable for long-term development,and compiling entrepreneurial core competency research questionnaires for 36 krypton,garage coffee,3W coffee in in Zhongguancun,China finance and Technology Park,Baoding National University Science Park,bean sprout creation space and Xiangyang entrepreneurship and Innovation Association conducted a questionnaire survey.Data analysis was conducted on the sample questionnaires to establish the four competence dimensions of strategy and implementation,integration,driving and commitment,and influence,and set up 31 quality elements.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of various dimensions and quality elements are determined,and the entrepreneurial core competency model is established.The research results show that the strategic and executive dimensions accounted for the highest percentage,which is 40%.This shows that entrepreneurs have a strategic height of entrepreneurial design and ability to steadily implement is very important.In addition,the controlling consciousness,business model design,resilience,resource integration capability,opportunity capture capability,overall concept,judgment ability,innovation ability,values,and human resources construction have higher weights of the ten quality elements,so the emphasis should be placed on training and promotion from the perspective of entrepreneurs.These qualities are sufficient to enable entrepreneurs to have longer-term development and reduce the probability of entrepreneurial failure.
