As one of the pillar industries in Jinhua,the tourism industry has a place in the 13~thh Five-Year Plan,and it develops rapidly.But the status of the“small,scattered,weak and poor-qualified”travel agencies in Jinhua constrained the fast growing tourism.The travel agencies in Jinhua should alter the current marketing myopia,do away with the shackles of management,redesign effective incentive mechanism,pay great attention to the management of human resource,decrease the outflow of talent,and set up a stable and high quality team.This paper is based on classical incentive theories of human resource management and effective data,goes deep into the researching status of the existing problems and tour guide's real need for the moment incentive mechanisms of travel agencies in Jinhua,and brings up suggestions on how to rebuild the more effective tour guides'incentive mechanism for the travel agencies in Jinhua. |
