Tour guides participate in the whole trip, which is a bridge ofcommunication between travelers and suppliers of other tourism elements.The level of guide service directly affects tourist satisfaction since tourguides play a key role in tourism activities. With the level of incomerising, more and more Chinese have began to travel; the scale of tourismmarket unceasingly expands; the tour guide employees increase quickly.Nowadays,tour guide has become a kind of social part-time job. Becauseof the lack of major managers and low barriers to entry,tour guidemanagement of our country falls into the confusion, which is harmful tothe healthy development of our country’s tourism industry. Therefore, it’simportant to analyze our country’s guide management problems andconstruct a new guide management system.Based on studies of the related theories of human resourcesmanagement and human resource shared service center, this article takestour guide as the research object and tries to build a tour guide resourcesshared service center to strengthen tour guide management by the travelagency. This article mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of travelagency constructing tour guide resource shared service center, and thendescribes the organization structure, Organizational change,Businessprocess change and examination system. It is not only helpful to travel agency to improve the service level, but also to strengthen the control ofthe branch.
