The Research On Improvement Of Company Tongyi's Comprehensive Budget Management

People have realized the importance of budget management since General Motors Company and DuPont Chemical Company introduced it to business management and achived great success in the early 20th century.Enterprises in all industries are facing the increasingly fierce competiton with the constant improvement of the market economy in China.The budget management is regarded as one of the most important mangement tools to firms.It has become a necessity for most enterprises to survive in markets full of fierce competition.It plays an increasingly important role of improving company's internal mangement and cultivating its core competence.Comprehensive budget management also plays as a solid base for company to achieve its objectives by smartly allocating resources as per the strategies.Based on these,this paper is focused on the current budget mangement in the Company Tongyi.It analyses the company's institutional setup,formation,implementation and assessment of the budget mangement and give its suggestions.This paper on one hand can enrich the theoretical sector case studies on this direction;on the other hand can provide refernce of comprehensive budget mangement for the Company Tongyi.This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduced the research background,significance as well as journals reviewed about this paper;the second part is about the theory of comprehensive budget mangement;the third part introduces the icomprehensive budget mangement of Company Tongyi;the forth part summarizes the problems in the company's budget management system and the causes of these problems by a deep analysis;the last part gives its recommendation to perfect the company's comprehensive budget mangement according to the actual situation and industry charcateristics.
