Design And Implementation Of Electronicdocument Circulation System Based On MVC Architecture

With the in-depth development of e-government in China,the traditional work way of party and government organs can't satisfy the daily transaction processing,information sharing and other requirements,which seriously affects the improvement of work efficiency and decision-making ability among party and government departments.E-government has gradually become an important means for the government to strengthen the field of public service and improve the efficiency of government affairs.It is also an important part of information technology development strategy.The purpose of this thesis is to construct a practical management system for daily electronic document circulation.In combination with the actual situation of our party and government department's work,from functional and technical aspects of system requirement analysis,based on the MVC architecture,using J2 EE technology,a My SQL database,the corresponding design under B/S architecture includes five function modules,that is,dispatch management and receiving management,query statistics,application settings,other management.It realizes the process of document circulation on the computer.The prominent features and main contributions of the system are as follows: 1)It improves the timeliness of official document circulation by means of informatization,endows the previous means of paper official document with means of informatization,and makes comprehensive electronic circulation;2)It improves the standardization of document operation by means of quality control,including process control,time control and retrieval control;3)It ensures the security of the document circulation process through a series of security mechanisms.In this thesis,the implementation of electronic document circulation system to meet the needs of all departments for daily document flow,achieve the specification of internal documents management.It is not only convenient for the relevant staff,but also helpful to reduce their workload.Meanwhile,it can also save vast paper resource,increase the efficiency of jobs and management level of the party and government organs.
