| Archives are the true record and original memory of economic development and social progress of a region and of a country.It is a treasure trove of knowledge and historical development of human civilization.As the main body of the archives business,the archives is not only a collection institution for archives,but also a window for the archives to directly serve the society and serve the public.The archives management work of archives is to solve the basic contradiction between the conditions of scatteration,disorder,mixed quantity,large number of quantity,narrow scope of files,and the requirements for centralization,system,high-quality,speciality,and broad scope of files.The research of this paper will provide theoretical reference and practical guidance to the archives management of the Corps Comprehensive Archives to a certain extent.Firstly,this paper defines and analyzes the related concepts,work contents and models of the archives management of Comprehensive Archives,and based on the characteristics of archives management to expound the research results of Comprehensive Archives management of domestic and foreign scholars.And then proposes the feasibility and necessity of the research of archival management of the Corps Comprehensive Archives.Secondly,taking the three Comprehensive Archives of A City in Xinjiang Corps as research object,using the field interview method and the questionnaire survey method,from the perspective of file users,the public and archivists,to make comprehensive analysis of the archives management of A City Comprehensive Archives under the current archives management system.And it points out the problems existing in the management of Comprehensive Archives in this region,such as backward management concept,unbalanced resource construction,weak development and utilization,lack of publicity and emphasis.Finally,it combines with the typical case analysis method to analyze the advanced archives management of Qingdao Intelligent Archives and Taizhou Archives,and summarize the reasons and advantages of the rapid development of archives.So as to combine with the development trend of archives management in China to put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions in the light of local conditions and multi-level,such as the aspects of ramming archives system guarantee,optimizing archives management,promoting service quality,improving the quality of archivists and enhancing social awareness,so that to improve the management of the Corps Comprehensive Archives.Based on these suggestions,this archives can promote archives to better play the social functions of serving the society,providing political guidance and educating people,and provide support and escort for economic and social progress as well as the fundamental interests of the general public better and faster. |
