| Henan is one of the cradles of Chinese civilization, as well as is a long history and rich cultural heritage of province. Among those heritage, Henan province has plenty of precious archives, which reflect the rich cultural heritage and civilization of Henan. Those precious archives belong to common spiritual wealth of the whole local people. However, because of frequent wars, natural disasters and other negative reasons, people can preserve few precious archives. Thus, people should take advantage of this kind of archives. Based on the precious archives, this paper analyzes the precious archives collected in the comprehensive archives of Henan province, and put up some suggestions of precious archives development in order to help the precious archives development.This thesis consists five parts:the first part studies the background and the significance, overseas and domestic research status, the methods of the topic and the innovation and weakness. The second part analyses the concept and characteristics of the precious archives firstly, precious archives refers to the archives that formed far away、contented high value、collection less、carrier special and had important conservation value. Secondly generalizes the value of the precious archives, such as academic value、economic value、educational value. The third part introduces the present situation of the precious archives collected in the comprehensive archives of Henan province, starting from the comprehensive archives and archives website, summaries the custody status, then points out the achievements and problems in the process of management. The fourth part explores the management mode of the precious archives collected in the comprehensive archives of Henan province combing the opportunities of archives work facing, such as establish Henan precious archives exhibition hall or establish Henan precious archives directory center and so on. The last part is summary and outlook on the whole thesis. |
