Research On The Narrative Mode Of Variety Show Host

In the era of rapid development of mobile Internet,new media and traditional media are highly integrated.According to the research results of the 7th online audio visual conference in 2019,variety shows are widely loved by the public and play an important role in the media,film and television industry.China's variety shows,with the aim of "teaching and entertainment",mostly take the socialist core values as the spiritual core,and present the social behavior to the true and the good on the screen through the context of electronic media.The popularity of such programs is closely related to the narrative mode of the hosts.There are a lot of high-quality variety show hosts on the screen,which live in a story like social role,bringing psychological comfort to the audience.Starting from the narrative role of variety show hosts,this paper uses interdisciplinary research and case analysis to explore three narrative models of emotional resonance,entertainment ease and cultural orientation of variety show hosts through the discussion of their narrative strategies and causes.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which discusses the background and significance of the topic,the research object,the narrative mode and the narrative research status of the variety show host,the innovation of this paper,the research methods and ideas.The second chapter discusses the narrative mode of emotional resonance of the program's guests and audiences through the role of questioner,listener,sympathizer and benefactor,using the third person omniscient and limited knowledge and the first person limited knowledge narrative perspective.The reason for the formation of this narrative mode lies in the fact that the conversation between the subject and the object promotes the expression of the true feelings,and the long-term interaction produces the effect of empathy.The third chapter mainly discusses the entertainment relaxed narrative mode of the variety show host: the host takes the role of explorer,helper,experiencer and inheritor,uses body language to strengthen the drama of the program and create the ongoing body narrative strategy,creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.The formation of this narrative mode is due to the fact that thediversified narrative subject dispels the central position of the host and the anxiety of the audience group needs to be relieved in the period of social transformation.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the cultural oriented narrative mode of the variety show host: the variety show host uses many narrative roles,such as storyteller,critic,humorist and evaluator,and adopts the narrative strategy of suspense,emotional node,microcosmic and props symbol symbolizing the new narrative time and space to guide the audience.The reasons for this narrative mode are the strong vitality of excellent culture,the sense of responsibility of the media and the need to enhance the aesthetic power of the audience.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes the main points and contents of this paper,and looks forward to the development of program hosting narrative.
