With the continuous emergence of massive intelligent terminals, the amount of data in wireless networks has exploded, but network resources are extremely scarce. How to use limited network resources to provide high-quality services for wireless network users are the largest core issues in the world that operators needed to be addressed urgently.Non-Orthogonal Multiplu Access(NOMA)is considered as one of the effective technical solutions. This paper designs a resource management strategy based on non-orthogonal multiple access technology for downlink cellular networks. The results are as follows:(1)For the wireless access network of a single group of mobile terminals, this paper proposes a joint optimization of bandwidth and rate allocation for base stations to maximize the useage of network resources in non-orthogonal multiple access systems.Since the proposed joint optimization problem is a non-convex optimization problem, using the characteristics of the convex optimization problem inherent in the original joint optimization problem itself, after the problem is equivalently transformed, the joint optimization problem is layered and a corresponding layered algorithm is proposed to solve the corresponding question.By exploring the inherent characteristics of convex optimization problems,a rate allocation algorithm based on structured sorting features is designed, which can effectively reduce the computational complexity. The final numerical simulation results show that compared with traditional Frequency Division Multiple Access(FDMA)and heuristic network resource allocation schemes, our proposed non-orthogonal multiple access system resource optimization scheme can greatly improve the efficiency of resource useage.(2)For the wireless access network of multiple groups of mobile terminals, this paper proposes a centralized optimization scheduling scheme for bandwidth, transmit power, and access selection. The goal is to maximize the useage of network resources for multiple groups of mobile terminal users under resource-constrained conditions. The original problem is a non-convex optimization problem, and direct solution is very difficult.Aiming at this problem, the fractional programming problem is equivalently converted into a differential form, and then the problem is divided into multiple sub-problems,and effective algorithms are proposed one by one to solve. The monotonicity of the bandwidth allocation problem is proved, and the polyhedron block approximation algorithm is used for bandwidth allocation. On the basis of above,a group optimization algorithm based on the idea of bat algorithm is designed for the group optimization problem of mixed binary nonlinear programming.According to the final numerical simulation results,we can see that the efficiency of our proposed algorithm can greatly improve the efficiency of the useage of network resources.
