In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet and various Internet + medical policies,China's mobile medical care has developed rapidly.At the same time,however,the tension between doctors and patients in China is widespread,and the contradiction between doctors and patients mostly comes from poor communication.Therefore,the construction of an auxiliary online communication platform for doctors and patients who facilitates effective and rapid communication of surgical information is increasingly urgent.Visualization is an advantageous technology when communicating and communicating with certain professional knowledge,solutions,and experience insights.In addition,interaction design has been rapidly developed,and it is inevitable to integrate interaction design into the medical field.trend.From the perspective of interaction design,this paper focuses on the interaction between users,users and information,users and platforms involved in the information visualization process between doctors and patients,and explores effective interactions.Design guidelines to fill gaps in interactive design research in the mobile healthcare arena and look to improve the efficiency of physician-patient communication and medical efficiencyThe research in this paper mainly includes the following four parts.The first part is a study combining medical products with visualization.This part first studies the information visualization,understands its development history and applicable populations;then combines it with medical products to explore possible application scenarios and forms when information visualization and medical integration are combined,and analyzes various forms.Advantages and disadvantages and precautions,and finally summarize the advantages and possible problems of the combination of visualization and medicine,and provide strong support for the next in-depth study.The second part is the analysis of the needs of the surgical information communication platform.This part uses observation method,interview method,questionnaire method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the behavioral flow and content form of preoperative surgical information communication between doctors and patients,and uses the character model and user experience map method.The scenarios and communication processes are dig deeper,summarizing the user's demand points and drawing a functional importance order.The third part proposes the interaction design principle of the surgical information communication platform.According to the theory of interaction design,with reference to the relevant laws and regulations,the top-level principles and general principles of visual interaction design in the surgical information communication platform are proposed.Under the guidance of the interaction principle,under the content framework of the interaction level,the doctors and patients are gradually explored.The main forms of the six interaction modes in the communication platform and the principles that should be noted when designing.The fourth part is to conduct design practice and evaluation.According to the previous user requirements,under the guidance of the design principles,the design practice was carried out,and the functional planning diagram,information architecture diagram and interactive prototype diagram were drawn,and the validity of the design and the practicality of the guiding principles were verified through evaluation.
