Design And Implementation Of Dalian Petrochemical Equipment Integrated Management Platform

The existing equipment management module of Dalian petrochemical company has not realized the implementation of equipment management system,nor the whole process,fine and standardized management of all kinds of equipment.It is unable to monitor the whole process of the company's equipment,the company cannot timely understand the equipment failure,maintenance situation,unable to provide basic equipment information management,has not formed a sound equipment management file,which is unable to provide equipment management decision-making support for the company's equipment management department.From the overall view of Dalian petrochemical equipment management,the current equipment management cost is high,management efficiency is low,equipment configuration,equipment safety and improve equipment management level is not high.In the face of such problems,Dalian petrochemical company proposes to build a new B/S mode equipment integrated management platform to solve the current equipment management problems faced by the company.Based on the problems in Dalian petrochemical equipment management,Dalian petrochemical company clearly sets up an integrated equipment management platform,it defines the system's functional structure,it completes the analysis of daily affairs management,equipment archives management,operation management,plan management,fault management,maintenance and repair,spare parts management,comprehensive management and other functions through UML use case diagram,and defines the non-functional requirements of the system.Afterwards,it completes the system design process,mainly completes the system overall structure design,the network deployment structure design,the database design,the system each function detailed design,the system security design and the system interface design work.In the implementation phase,China tower group property management system is developed and implemented by using ASP.NET platform,C# language and SQL Server database.After that,the system is tested,and the test results are analyzed to ensure that the system passes the test.The implementation of Dalian petrochemical equipment integrated management platform enables the company's equipment management system to be implemented,and provides the company with a tool for the whole process,refinement and standardized management of equipment.Using the platform,the company can timely understand the equipment fault,maintenance situation to ensure safe production.The implementation of the platform can transform and upgrade the existing fault management and maintenance mechanism which ensures the safety and stability of equipment and improves the service life of equipment.The implementation of the platform has reduced the equipment management cost,improved the equipment management efficiency,and improved the equipment configuration and equipment management level of Dalian petrochemical company.
