With the continuous development of modern radar technology,digital array radar has gradually become the mainstream of radar equipment due to its many advantages in performance.Digital T / R module plays an important role in digital array radar.A modern digital array radar has tens of thousands of digital T / R modules.The quality of components will directly affect the performance of radar equipment.There are many performance indexes of digital T / R module,which need to be measured by vector network analyzer,oscilloscope,spectrum analyzer and other test instruments.The traditional test method needs a lot of manpower and material resources,and the test efficiency is low,and the repeatability is poor.The automatic test system designed for digital T / R module can solve the above problems well,and also provide effective help for the R &D of T / R module.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an automatic test system which is simple and easy to operate and can measure multiple index parameters at one time.This paper introduces an automatic test system of broadband digital T / R component,which improves the traditional system's disadvantages of long test time and large resource consumption,and achieves the expected goal of "one key" test.This paper first introduces the overall scheme design of the automatic test system,describes the system functions,system design ideas and system structure,and then introduces the hardware and software.The hardware part of the system builds a hardware platform to receive data,store data and transmit data interactively according to the different characteristics and test requirements of the transmit channel and the receive channel.The test system integrates the instrument,the upper computer and the test interface equipment through GPIB bus.The data recording of the receiving channel is completed by the data recording equipment,which takes power PC and FPGA as the main control chip and data processing chip,receives the I / Q data through the optical interface and carries out the photoelectric signal conversion,transmits the data to the PCIe bridge,and connects with the upper computer through the bus conversion interface to realize the transmission of data and instructions.In the aspect of transmission channel,because the performance parameters of transmission channel need to be tested by instruments,a small test system of transmission channel composed of vector networkanalyzer,spectrum analyzer and other instruments is analyzed in detail,and then the design of relevant special equipment and the selection of instruments are introduced.The software part of the system first introduces the design scheme of the upper computer software program,then designs the structure and workflow through the analysis of the software design requirements,and describes the test interface,standardized interface and database control module.This program uses C language to realize the connection and programming of instrument interface in visual stdio integrated development environment,and calls the bus interface of instrument with the help of visa library.This paper describes the instrument interface calling module in detail,introduces some window modules and shows their key codes.Finally,the feasibility analysis and program function verification of the system are carried out through the system feasibility verification and software performance test.
