Designing And Implementing Automatic Testing System Of The Computer On The Rocket

The Computer on the Rocket is the kernel part of the missile seeker. Its capability impacts the holistic functions of the missile, so it needs to be integrated and partly tested before we assemble the missile system.This paper designs a set of industrial control automation testing platform based on PC/104 bus, in order to complete the parametric various automation tests of the computer on the Rocket. In the process of research and development in this system, the measuring accuracy and the reliability are important technical specification. After introduces several essential algorithms, many originally signal processing question which depend the hardware electric circuit realizes with difficulty to be able to solve. Thus overcame and makes up has included the sensor, data acquisition card link the hardware itself flaw or weakness, enhanced the system overall performance.This paper introduce the designing and implementing project of a automatic testing system of The Computer on the Rocket. It focuses on discussing the key technology which including the process of designing of Data Acquisition, digital filter and system adjusting. The data acquisition was the most important link in automation test of the Computer on the Rocket, this article first introduced basic principle of the data acquisition and based on the PC/ 104 multi-channel signals gathering design proposal. Then introduced the digital filter, the jamming pattern and the disturbance consequence which receives according to the data, this system rejected has contained thick erroneous the unusual data. Finally, we discussed this article to use uses for to eliminate the automatic test panel the system error a series of adjustments algorithm.The experiment bear fruit is indicated, automatic testing system has improved greatly to the computer on Rocket.
