The risks of modern society are ubiquitous,especially for the gradual maturity of China's market economy,as well as for enterprises.With the development of social networks,new features of crisis spreading faced by enterprises,such as the shortening of crisis spreading cycles,the increasingly dynamic crisis,and the increasing frequency of secondary crises.At the same time,companies should also see updates in how information is disseminated.Companies can open official accounts to transfer information directly to the public on social networks.This tests the ability of companies to spread crisis in the context of new media.This study uses the context-based crisis communication theory to analyze three cases of corporate crisis spreading—the “Freeform Formaldehyde Room Incident”,the “Benz Women's Rights Protection Incident”,and the “Didi Zhengzhou Flight Attendant Incident”.The study first quantified the crisis communication effects of the three cases with two indicators of communication rationality and communication effectiveness,and then divided the four stages of crisis development according to the trend of public opinion changes in the cases.Coding and text analysis.Secondly,research the comment attitude and content under relevant Weibo,and combine the word frequency statistics to illustrate the effect of corporate information release.Finally,the study adopts questionnaires to survey people of different age groups,and provides targeted suggestions for companies from a macro and micro perspective.
