The Study Of Intelligent ODN Fiber Management System Based On REST

In recent years,with the gradual implementation and development of our country's "Broadband China" strategy,a large number of optical fibers have been laid,covering cities and villages in an all-round way.However,management and maintenance have become a major problem because of the mass of optical fibers,and the optical distribution network in the fiber access network is under tremendous pressure.Therefore,how to reduce costs and improve efficiency has become a key problem that major manufacturers urgently need to solve.This thesis uses intelligent ODN to manage and batch chaotic optical fiber resources intelligently,and mainly studies how to implement an intelligent ODN management terminal.The main work in this thesis is as follows:(1)Provide an overview for the research and development of intelligent ODN products in major domestic and foreign manufacturers,and study the advantages,architecture,the interface functions of intelligent management terminal,functions,management and maintenance processes of intelligent ODN;(2)Design the management architecture of intelligent ODN device,and implement the management software of the intelligent ODN device.In the intelligient ODN software,communication between the master-computer and slave-computer is done with the serial port,the interface protocol is defined and implemented,visualization and batch management of optical fiber information are also designed and implemented,including reading and writing of optical fiber electronic tags,verification of optical fiber connection,database management and work order management,etc.;(3)Study the design principles and specifications of the Representational State Transfer style architecture and design the REST service interface between the intelligient optical fiber management and the Operation Support Systems(OSS).Through the REST service interface,the management software can communicate with OSS system to upload the informations of the optical fiber data and work orders to the OSS system or downloading these informations from OSS.
