Automated guided vehicle(AGV)is a kind of transport vehicle equipped with electromagnetic or optical automatic guidance devices,which can drive along the specified guidance path,with safety protection and various transfer functions.In industrial applications,it does not need the driver's transport vehicle,and its power source is rechargeable battery.With the rapid development of ecommerce industry,the pressure of warehousing operation is increasing day by day,the volume of shipments is large,the amount of tasks is large,the cost of labor operation is high,and the application of AGV is more and more common.The number of AGVs required for warehouses is growing.Therefore,it is difficult to manage AGV in batches,weak ability to deal with high-frequency tasks,increasing difficulty in warehouse operation,and congestion caused by multi vehicle mixed yard operation.Based on the objective facts and practical operation experience,this paper discusses a set of automatic guided transport vehicle management system,focusing on the optimization of path planning,which greatly improves the ability of AGV to cope with the huge task and high-frequency operation.It can provide intelligent and automatic management ability for daily business processing of large warehouse,and it can be used as the implementation basis of flexible production line and flexible assembly line.This system receives the delivery and warehousing message push from the inventory management system,and automatically assigns the automatic guide transport vehicle to perform the corresponding tasks,and completes the automatic storage operation.At the same time,it solves the problems of path planning,congestion implementation solutions,intelligent route selection and deadlock scheduling of multi-automatic guide transport vehicle Road mixed yard operation during operation.The system greatly simplifies the management of large-scale warehouse,and most tasks no longer need human participation,thus greatly reducing the human cost and burden.And greatly improve the overall efficiency of the warehouse.The system is mainly divided into two subsystems: path planning subsystem and robot control subsystem.Path planning subsystem includes WMS docking module,core scheduling module and RCS docking module;robot control subsystem includes information display module,remote control module and network and upgrade management module.The system realizes the transformation from the traditional mode of "arrival by man" to the modern mode of "delivery by man".The connection between the warehouse management system and the automatic guided transport vehicle is established to provide the ability of automatic warehouse management.As a link between the automatic guided transport vehicle and the warehouse management system,the system can interact with the upper warehouse management system,complete the synchronization of storage information,task information exchange,daily management information maintenance,etc.The most important thing is to improve the traditional path planning problem,using the cooperative a * algorithm with time window to solve the congestion problem in the traditional path planning.It also provides a complete set of solutions for deadlock detection,deadlock processing and scheduling of automatic guided transport vehicle,which further promotes the unmanned development of intelligent warehouse in the future.
