Metallurgical enterprises owned railway is not only an extension of the backbone ofthe railway system, but the workflow of the main channel between the internal and theoutside. with respect to national trunk railway system, Enterprise railway station has itsown characteristics. For example,equipment resources such as sections, turnouts distributeintensively; the operating range is relatively small and locomotive cycle time is short. Soshunting plan-making needs to consider too many complex factors such as manual recordsto keep track of the current vehicle distribution and the completion of shunting plans. Inthe face of handling more static and dynamic resources, the dispatchers give optimalshunting plan hardly.So in order to improve transport efficiency and cost savings, it is verymeaningful that research on automatic making of enterprise railway shunting trip plan andoptimization.The theory, algorithms, methods and techniques of Intelligent information processingmainly deal with complex system information, complex system modeling, analysis,optimization problems in the field of information processing. Its problem domain coincideswith that of complex information processing in plan automatic making system.From thetheory and approaches in the field of intelligent information processing, the thesis exploressolutions to those problems.The first chapter proposes current practice, viable theoretical approach and solutionideas,based on research of the hot and difficult issues.The second chapter introduces andanalyzes the workflow of the enterprise railway station and shunting plan making anddiscuss the key issues and solutions in enterprise railway automatic shunting trip planmaking system. The third chapter establishes new station yard model for enterprise railwayplanning system, and proposed route searching algorithm based on the model. In the fourthChapter,Improved Double Genetic Algorithm is applied to solve the optimal operation ofplacing-in and taking-out wagons in the railway scheduling optimization problem. The fifthchapter analyzes the functional requirements of the enterprise railway automatic shuntingtrip plan making system, and designed the framework of the system, and analyzes the majorsystem module.
