Research On The Improvement Of Public Cultural Service Ability Of Urban Museums In The New Era

The museum is an important public cultural service institution,and the development of public cultural services is the essential attribute and function of the museum.At present,China has tens of thousands of large and small museums,of which urban museums occupy an important position.These urban museums with public functions profoundly explain the profound meaning of public cultural services.In recent years,the awareness and ability of public cultural services in urban museums has been continuously improved,but it also highlights the problems of insufficient participation in public cultural services,idle cultural resources,and a single form of exhibition.How to make the city museum play its due role in the process of the government to build a cultural service system,to provide maximum support for cultural pluralism,and to meet the needs of the public for public cultural services at multiple levels has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes the Zibo Museum as an example.Through interviews with the staff of the museum in Zibo City,the local residents conduct a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,summarizing the characteristics of the Zibo City Museum participating in the public cultural life of the residents,and combining the relevant theories of public cultural services to point out that the museum is Participate in the problems of public cultural services.Using literature research,interviews,questionnaires,case studies and other methods to analyze the factors affecting the participation of museums in public cultural services,and propose corresponding countermeasures.participation in public cultural services,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through research,it is concluded that urban museums must establish a clear public cultural service awareness,improve institutionalization,base on local cultural advantages,highlight regional characteristics,tap cultural spiritual strength,use new media technologies and the Internet to improve the digital service level of museums.It satisfies the public's demand for public cultural services and provides guarantee for the implementation of major policies for the construction of public cultural service system by the Chinese government.
