Research On Optimization Of Public Cultural Services Of Yunnan Ethnic Museum

As a public welfare cultural service organization,the museum not only carries the important role of cultural relic protection and cultural inheritance,but also is an important "window" for people to learn and understand history and realize ancient and modern dialogue.The development of museums reflects the level of cultural development and cultural competitiveness of the countries or regions.Nowadays,the public demand for public culture is increasing with the development of society and technology Museum public cultural service plays an increasingly prominent role in the construction of public cultural service system under the background of the new era.In recent years,the phenomenon of "The museum fever" in China continues to heat up,the museum cause develops rapidly,and the museum's career shows the trend of a hundred flowers blossom.At the same time,some museums have no attracted much attention from the public.Therefore,it is very important for museums to constantly optimize their own level of public cultural services.Yunnan is the most ethnic minority provinces in China.The Yunnan Ethnic Museum in Kunming,located in the National Public Cultural Service System Demonstration Zone,is the largest national museum in China,which is the largest national museum in Southeast Asia and the first national museum.Compared with other museums at the national level,its public cultural service needs to be improved.The Yunnan Ethnic Museum is selected as the research object in the paper.Based on the local actual situation and related museum theory,we would like get the development strategy to optimize the public cultural service of the Yunnan Ethnic Museum.First of all,the article starts from the concept definition of the public cultural service of the ethnic museum and the national museum.The general situation and the public cultural service construction of Yunnan Ethnic Museum are expounded through literature research,data collection and combing,field research interviews and other forms.The contents of the study include local government input and policy support,museum's own public cultural service facilities,service content,service personnel and so on.At the same time,public satisfaction with the status of their public cultural services was investigated according to the questionnaire.Secondly,based on the statistical analysis of various materials and data,combined with the actual situation,we find that it still has some problems divided into the five aspects:Public cultural service facilities,Service content and form,Service personnel,Service audience and Service efficiency.For example,the scattered exhibition hall and large differences of their area,the low level of display,a lack of national atmosphere and narrow channels for public participation are observed as well as the collection and storage work of the collection needs to be strengthened.Finally,putting forward a series of methods in view of the existing problems of the Yunnan Ethnic Museum based on the new public service theory and new museology theory.We actively build a public cultural services development system with the government as the main body,the museum as the internal drive and the public as the core,which is based on social cooperation,multi-participation and internal and external linkage.We hope to provide reference for the construction and development of the Yunnan Ethnic Museum and even the public cultural service system in Yunnan Province in the future.
