With the progress of society and the development of control theory,more and more scholars pay attention to the research of multi-agent system,and it is widely used in the fields of smart grid,traffic control and distributed computer network.At the same time,as the basis of multi-agent system research,the problem of estimator design,especially the problem of distributed estimator design,has also been studied by more and more scholarsIn this paper,the corresponding distributed estimators are designed for sever-al different multi-agent system communication environments.Firstly,this paper in-troduces the research background and current situation of distributed estimation of multi-agent system,then introduces the distributed estimation model of multi-agent system and the research foundation of distributed estimator,then studies the design problem of distributed estimator in the presence of communication noise and com-munication delay,finally,according to the unknown and known observation channel fading model,distributed estimator with observation delay and observation channel fading is designed.This paper assumes that a move target is observed by a multi-agent system composed of multiple agents,and designs a distributed estimator for different com-munication environments between agents and move target and between multi-agent systems.According to the actual communication environment,this paper mainly studies three kinds of distributed estimator design problems1.There are both communication noise and communication delay.The com-munication environment between agents is not ideal,there is communication noise when agents communicate with each other,and the information transmitted between agents can not reach each other in real time2.There are observation delay and fading of observation channel with unknown model.The communication environment between agents is ideal,but the communi-cation environment between agents and move target is not ideal.The observation information of agents to move target can not be received by agents in real time.The observation information arriving at agents is faded to a certain extent,and the model of channel fading factor is unknown.3.There are observation delay and fading of observation channel with known model.The communication environment between agents is ideal,but the communi-cation environment between agents and move target is not ideal.The observation information of agents to move target can not be received by agents in real time.The observation information arriving at agents is faded to a certain extent,and the model of channel fading factor is known.
