The traditional flat-screen TV rear panel injection molding method is realized using multi-gate hot runner technology,due to multi-point simultaneous pouring,the product is prone to bubbles,shrinkmarks,more fuse marks and other defects,greatly affecting the flat-screen TV rear panel appearance quality,strength and subsequent coating effect.Hot runner sequence valve control injection molding technology,with gas/hydraulic device drive valve needle to achieve the opening and closing action of the nozzle gate,open and close control introduced the chronological control device.By the front position and time of the flow,trigger the control device,control the needle valve sequence opening and closing nozzle gate,so that the flow of the flow in sequence continued flow,to obtain the filling process of balance and control.It can effectively solve the defects such as plastic surface bubbles,shrink marks,fuse marks,and improve the problems of uneven cooling,unstable pressure and warping deformation.Through the CAE modulus analysis software Moldflow,the flat-screen TV rear panel and mold structure for finite element construction and mold flow simulation.Pre-set process conditions,the various pouring scheme,hot runner sequence control scheme to compare,the various filling,pressure,cooling,warping factors analysis,and constantly optimize the injection molding process and mold structure.Based on this,the injection molding scheme of good plastic surface quality and structure is estimated.The effectiveness of the injection molding scheme is verified by test ingress and proofing.In the above-mentioned research,taking the flat-screen TV rear panel product as an example,using CAE mode analysis technology and hot runner valve control technology,through the process condition preset,molding scheme analysis and estimation,test mold verification three steps to achieve the optimization of injection molding process and mold design,to obtain good mold quality.For this kind of large-size,thin shell,high-profile product development provides an efficient and stable injection molding process to solve and improve its existing problems.
