With the coming of knowledge-based economy era and the increasing degree of market-oriented economy in China,the competition among enterprises is intensifying day by day,and they are seizing resources in order to enhance their core competitiveness and maintain or enhance their position in the market.Human resources,as a special resource of enterprises,have gradually become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,as a part of human resource management,performance management is also a key link for enterprises to improve performance,enhance core competitiveness and achieve strategic objectives.In the development of monitoring industry,performance management has also risen to the level of enterprise strategic management,which has attracted more and more attention of enterprises.For A company engaged in monitoring industry,the level of performance management of employees is directly related to the survival and development of the company.However,from the actual situation,A company's staff performance management level is low,there are many shortcomings,to a certain extent,affecting the improvement of enterprise performance and competitiveness,which need to be solved and improved urgently.This paper takes the performance management system of Company A as the research object,points out the problems existing in the performance management of employees by drawing lessons from Huawei's experience in the performance management system,and puts forward pertinent corrective suggestions and safeguards from the improvement of the performance management system.The performance management scheme designed in this paper aims to stimulate the innovative consciousness and working ability of A company's employees,pay more attention to teamwork,enhance the competitiveness and performance management ability of A company.At the same time,by establishing a sound human resources management system and practical performance management methods,it can effectively improve the utilization rate of human resources andpromote the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Now,the growth of performance and the promotion of market position will ultimately achieve sustainable and stable development.
