With the intelligent development of Internet technology,intelligent hardware-based application scenarios such as smart homes,smart cars,and wearable devices are emerging rapidly,and Internet of Things technology emerges as the times require.For the traditional Internet,the objects that connected to the network are usually terminal devices such as personal computers and smart phones;while for today's Internet of Things,connected objects can be all real things.This paper studies the application scheme of intelligent hardware device interconnection communication under cloud platform environment.The communication system designed in this scheme consists of three layers: terminal devices,cloud platform management and user control terminals.The purpose of the application research on the system is to transform the traditional hardware equipment into the one with smart networking capability through certain design.Utilizing the data computing and processing capabilities and the advantages of mass terminal management of the cloud platform,the communication system can provide a solution to solve the loose coupling and remote interconnection between the users and the devices.The research content and the effect of this paper are as follows:1.For the cloud platform management layer,this paper chooses the services provided by Baidu IoT Platform.The IoT Hub can provide services for the terminal devices to access to the cloud platform.And the data generated after the devices access to the cloud platform will be processed by associated resolution mechanism.At the same time,the user terminals initiate requests to the Restful API to connect to the cloud platform through HTTP protocol,that is,the users can obtain the data from the physical devices or send control commands to them by logging in the web page,the smart phone APPs or other types of software to change the running state of the physical device.2.The intelligent gateway layer is designed with the Raspberry Pi.The function of the intelligent gateway is to provide wireless access points for the terminal devices with networking connection,and secondly to create a MySQL database to store the data fromthe terminal devices,and lastly to establish a MQTT client to implement communication between the terminal devices and the cloud platform.3.The terminal device layer is implemented by the main controller with the sensing,control and communication modules.The physical hardware devices are at the very end of the system.The sensing module is responsible for collecting environmental data,the control module aims at receiving instructions and performing corresponding actions,and the communication module is to establish a local area network by accessing to the wireless access point opened by the intelligent gateway.This layer is designed with the Arduino development board as the main control unit of the terminal devices.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and research of the related technologies used in the above schemes are carried out,then the model construction,the hardware and software design are implemented hierarchically and the communication system is tested after the whole communication link is formed.The intelligent hardware interconnection communication application scheme proposed in this paper can provide ideas for plentiful existing traditional devices to be intellectualized and to communicate with the users remotely,which can be proved to be practical,flexible and reliable after related tests.
