With the development trend of global intelligence,various platforms relying on IOT applications are gradually developing and improving people's lifestyle,such as "IOT +Agriculture","IOT + Hospital","IOT + Transportation" and "IOT + City".We urgently need to carry out research on industrial cloud platform based on Internet of things technology,implement the national guidance of "Internet plus",and promote the application of Internet of things technology and cloud computing technology in industry."Internet of things + industry" mainly refers to a huge network formed by combining sensor equipment information,industrial equipment operation data,industrial equipment operation status and other necessary information with the Internet.This paper studies the "Internet of things industrial + cloud platform" model,cloud platform based on Internet of things industry system mainly through the mobile terminal network access can be real-time access to the scene of the industrial equipment running status,can long-distance running state of distribution of a wide range of industrial equipment and equipment monitoring data,and the industrial equipment reverse control function.It connects with industrial equipment through the Internet of things,collects the running state of industrial equipment and data of industrial equipment in real time,and then sends the data monitored by the gateway module to the cloud server through the 4G module.The cloud server is mainly responsible for data storage,maintenance and interaction with the client.Users can access the cloud server through the Web or mobile terminal to achieve the monitoring of industrial equipment.In this system,users can also set the control information on the Web or mobile terminal and send it to the cloud server.The Internet of things receives the control information through the 4G module,so as to set the state of industrial equipment and achieve the effect of reverse control.Due to the development of modern information technology,higher requirements are put forward for the industrial cloud platform system in the aspects of real-time data acquisition,data storage stability,mobile terminal support and intelligence of industrialequipment.Aiming at the above problems,the corresponding solutions are designed.The application innovation of this paper is as follows:1,Esign an intelligent industrial IOT,using Modbus thread underlying data collection and industrial equipment,MQTT thread is responsible for sending and receiving data packets,data acquisition and data transmission using different threads,make full use of the CPU,improve the Internet of things off acquisition and transmission rate,improve overall industrial data acquisition real-time cloud platform system.2.The combination of Redis and MySQL database is adopted to improve the real-time interactive efficiency in big data storage.Different industrial data are stored in different ways.Redis database is used to store interactive real-time data to improve concurrency.Use the node data stored in MySQL database to realize the backup function of data and provide real-time view to the client.The system is improved in real time and data stability.3.Support remote upgrade of gateway system and remote control of device.Users can set the switch and data parameters of industrial devices in Web browser,Android mobile terminal and IOS mobile terminal,such as setting temperature value,setting pressure,setting time and other parameters,so as to achieve the effect of remote control.Users can also remotely upgrade the version of the Internet of things at the remote end.Further improve the intelligent industrial cloud platform system.Finally,this paper combined with the simulation system to test the industrial cloud platform based on the Internet of things,to verify the various functions.The Internet of things can acquire data in real time,and the data collection is accurate.It can also control the communication protocol points remotely.The client can also view the data in the interface,and the cloud platform system can run stably for a long time.
