With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and stimulating the reform and innovation of various industries,the oil industry also carry out the innovation and upgrading of basic information.The content of this project aims to apply IoT technology and wireless communication technology to improve the management of wellhead equipment in oil fields to ensure the high efficiency of oil extraction.First of all,this article introduced the overall system architecture.The system connects the oil wellhead equipment to the network through the Internet of Things to realize the real-time updating and viewing of the equipment status data.The underlying wireless sensor node collects the wellhead production data,and the collected data is submitted to the middle layer to be stored and sent to the top IoT cloud platform for management by the RTU node.Secondly,related communication protocols and technologies are studied.The instrument transmits the collected data to the RTU node through ZigBee technology.The RTU node transfers data to the IoT cloud platform through Ethernet,mobile communication network and other communication methods.The device data is encapsulated and transmitted through the MQTT protocol.The data is transmitted through the Modbus protocol package.After the protocol package is completed,the information is sent to the OneNet cloud platform through the gateway.And also the application of OneNet cloud platform in the system was studied.Finally,the thesis describes the using of Android studio to complete the development of the oil wellhead equipment management APP,which to achieve the display of production data,equipment control,equipment status display and other functions.In summary,The thesis has completed the design and implementation of the system,discussed the overall architecture and hierarchical design,studied the key technologies of each layer,and also introduced the overall scheme of the equipment access to OneNet platform,introduced the software architecture and function design.Finally,the realization of the system reached the anticipated target basically.
